History

Already for many years (since 2002) the KlickPiloten fly in online marketing. Initially as business units at our sister companies, later as a spin-off and alliance of NETFORMIC (e-commerce agency) and 21TORR (user experience). As a focused digital marketing agency plus consultancy with concentrated technology expertise, we are taking off. Since 2014 we are completely independent and specialized in digital marketing and from A to Z at the start. For our customers from the B2C and B2B business. The year 2015 was characterized by rapid growth. The year 2016 with the Hamburg site expansion. We used 2017 to expand our certifications (e.g. Google Premier Partner or Top 100 SEO) and in 2018 we took them to the next level through our collaboration with Facebook/Instagram. We have also established seminars as an important additional pillar. In 2019, we aspired to higher and further goals, including international ones, with our now more than 30 full-time colleagues/consultants, complemented by a large pool of native speakers in over 15 languages from all digital marketing disciplines. At the beginning of 2020, we became an official Facebook Marketing Partner (now Meta Business Partner), established our Amazon Ad and SEO services and expanded our international campaigns to over 25 languages. Our teams in Hamburg and Berlin continue to grow and we are looking for new colleagues. 2021 started with more focus on Marketing Automation and our new partner status Solution Partner at Hubspot. The year was marked in a positive sense by the repurchase of 50% of the shares(see WuV article), which until then had still been in the hands of third parties. KlickPiloten is now 100% owner-managed and the new umbrella brand DigitalNativeAlliancewhich brings us even closer together with our sister companies as a digitalization partner and over 150 colleagues, is being formed for SMEs! Everything remains the same for our customers. In 2022, we expanded our Amazon Ads partnership and were one of the top 3% of Google Ads to achieve Google Premier Partner status. We successfully audited our quality management with DIN ISO 9001 for agency and academy. We experimented with artificial intelligence in an innovation camp and successfully tested a cool pop-up office format. We were honored with the German Web Award and as a Focus Innovation Champion, which we were delighted to receive in addition to Kununu Top Company status. 2023 was characterized by growth in our Hamburg office. More teams were added, we expanded the TikTok and Pinterest partnership, established AI and data-driven marketing with a MarTech team that advises and actively implements automation, server-side tracking and dashboards for our customers. In addition, we introduced more and more hybrid working and remote work, so that today we work more flexibly than ever before, so to speak “Work from Anywhere” with the possibility to go to our OfficeHubs (Stuttgart, Hamburg). We are starting a great 2024 with AWIN certification and over 40 permanent colleagues plus native speakers for various languages.
